How long is your right of withdrawal?

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. The product must be unused and in original condition for the return to be approved.

What does a return cost?

A return fee applies to all returns:

The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

What do I do if my item is damaged or faulty?

If you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Describe the problem and, if possible, attach pictures, and we will help you further with your complaint.

How do I wash my toiletry bag?

To keep your toiletry bag in the best condition, we recommend that you:

Turn the toiletry bag inside out for best protection.
Close the zipper before washing.
Use a laundry bag.
Wash it at 30°C.

Let it air dry after washing.

What sizes are available?

Our toiletry bags are available in three different sizes. You can find measurements and more information about each size under Size in the menu.

How long is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page and at checkout. If your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to help you change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
